We can not accept UHC/Optum Commercial for Medication Management at this time.
We are glad to offer our self pay rates for those who have commercial or medicare UHC and would like to be seen for medication management.
We may be in your network if you have: United Health Care/Optum (including the Community Plan of NC), MedCost, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NC,
NC (Trillium) Medicaid, NC Health Choice, AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina,
WellCare of North Carolina, Healthy Blue NC, Carolina Complete Health, Cigna, Oxford,
Oscar Health, Aetna.
We are now accepting Medicare. Please note that we may not be in network for your supplemental medicare plan.
We cannot guarantee that services will be covered.
Please contact your insurance company.
Not all clinicians are in network with all the above companies.
We will gladly provide you a receipt for reimbursement to file with your insurance company if we are out of your insurance network.
Our fee schedule is below:
Comprehensive Clinical Assessment: $200 (1 1/2hr appt)
Individual Counseling Session: $175 (55 minutes)
Individual Counseling Session $150 (40 minutes)
Please note that there is a self pay discount for those who have no insurance or choose not to file with your insurance.
We do reserve 2 pro bono slots in Heather's caseload for uninsured individuals who require specialized treatments like EMDR. To find out if these slots are available, please call the office.
